Showing the Quality of Your Character
We all know that to have a smarter mind you have to read, study, learn, etc. and to improve and strengthen your body you have to exercise, eat healthy, and get enough rest. But did you know that you can enhance your Character? In case you didn't know, your character is how you act, how you behave, and how you treat others. It is who you are. To improve your Character or make yourself a better person, you can practice the following traits...
Kindness, Self-Control, Honesty, Compassion, Giving Your Best Effort, Responsibility, Respect, among many others.
When you show these aspects in your day-to-day life some really good things happen: you have more friends, people like to be around you, you don't get in trouble, you are happier, and it sets up wonderful opportunities for you in the future.
I still love to read to improve my mind and exercise to stay in shape, but I've noticed throughout my life whenever I practice the above character traits, good things seem to happen.
